Hollow Cone Nozzles
In the spray geometry formed by the top fed Hollow Cone Spray Hollow Cone Nozzles, there is almost no Liquid inside the cone and the projection of the spray is in the form of a Hollow Circle. The distribution of the liquid is extremely homogeneous, making it ideal for absorption or gas scrubbing/cooling processes. The inner surfaces of the Hollow Cone and the very fine droplets formed, maximize the contact area of the gas and liquid, and a very fast reaction is achieved. It is used in disinfection, gas cooling, foam killing, fire extinguishing, rapid cooling and humidification process areas thanks to the wide spray angles of the hollow conical Hollow Cone spray nozzles. In appearance, it is very similar to the standard Full Cone Spray Full Cone Nozzles, but the S-channel in its internal structure is the reason for the formation of the Hollow Cone Spray.
Hollow Cone Spray - Side Feed - Hollow Cone Ring Spray
Side-feed Hollow Cone Spray Nozzles produce spray with the same characteristics as top-feed models. The main difference is the body structure and working principle. Flow is controlled not only by the nozzle orifice, but also by the invisible orifice inside the body. The eccentrically placed in-body orifice, thanks to the excellent centrifugal force it creates, enables the movement of the liquid by rotating on the inner walls and ultimately the formation of a Hollow Cone Spray. There are also no particles placed inside the body, as in Full Cone Spray Nozzles, so the possibility of clogging is extremely low. Gas washing - conditioning, dust suppression are the main areas of use.-
